Need help with refurbishment on a property in Clinton MD

Hi I am closing on a house in Clinton MD which is a REO. This will be a personal residence but I need help locating a contractor/handyman to do some jobs.

The outside needs power washing, I want the porch lights replaced. The first floor is all wood that needs refinishing or buffing. There are a few interior doors that need to be replaced. The back door to the patio needs replacing along with the door frame. Need some vinyl flooring put down. Need back splash tile installed in kitchen and ceramic tile on bathroom floor. Also need toilets replaced. Are you or anyone you know interested?
