12 months Bank Statement Program

Highlights

- O/O, 2nd Home, N/O/O (owner occupied and non-owner occupied)

- Something proving self-employment (CPA Letter, Copy of Business Etc.)

- 720 fico for purchase and 740 for all other transactions

- 5 Years out of foreclosures

Portfolio Standard Doc Program

Highlights

- O/O, 2nd Home, N/O/O

- 680 Purchase and 700 for everything else

- 5 Years out of foreclosure

Expanded Criteria

- O/O Purchase and Rate/term refinance only

- 5/1 or 7/1 arms only

- One day out of foreclosure and Short Sale

- 2 Years out of BK

- 660 Fico required

Asset income program

- O/O, 2nd Home C/O (cash out) Available

- 1 million liquid Assets needed

- 740 Fico

1 Year Tax Return Program

- O/O, 2nd Home and N/O/O

- 720 Fico for purchases and 740 for everything else
