I'm looking for Off Market SFRs in the Chicago land area.  I need 3bd/1bth brick single family homes in bread and butter areas, primarily on the south side: Ashburn, Auburn Gresham, Avalon Park, Calumet Heights, Chatham, Morgan Park, Beverly, Mount Greenwood, Washington Heights and Roseland.
