Looking for a MI Lender

Our LLC currently have three properties in Michigan valued @ 40k each along with one in WI worth @ 55k and a fourth in souther IL valued at 55k. We are looking for a lender that will lend against one or all of these properties. I have a business partner so it is probably not practical to put the property in our individual names. All properties are currently owned free and clear.

If anybody can recommend someone please send me a PM.
