Looking for Hard Money Lender in Minnesota

I am in need of a hard money lender. Would prefer to work with someone local but could be open to out of state as well. ARV $330k-$500k, Double lot, possibility of adding an additional multi family. $175k purchase price. $50k repairs max. for existing structure. Thank you for your help!
