Cash out refinance

Hi all - I'm looking for options to cash out refinance 2 duplexes I own, they are currently free and clear, and I would like to get 15 or 30 year mortgages on them to get capital for my next purchase.

I remember hearing a BP podcast where they talked about putting multiple properties into a single mortgage, anyone know of any brokers in FL that will do that? I plan on keeping these long term, so I'm fine with them being tied together.

I had refi'd a couple of SFR I have through my CU, and was going to do the duplexes there too, but now they have changed rules it looks like and will only do a HELOC on them, and that's not what I want to do. I'm looking for a fixed loan to avoid surprises. Any suggestions are welcome!
