SILENT PARTNER NEEDED

I need a silent partner to help me buy a hotel in a major tourist spot in Missouri.  This is a brand named hotel and is current with all of the brand's requirements.  The current owner is in his 70's and wants to retire.  This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to do nothing but reap the rewards of success.
