I've been a hard money lender since 2007 in the D.C. area. We had always done it on the side as we grew our residential rental portfolio. Operating under the radar and purely by word of mouth, we've done great. Recently, we decided to grow this business in more significant ways, so we are looking for more broker partners to expand our funnel.
