Exchange time for ground-floor skills, mentoring, and $$$
This is for a potential position on a direct mail campaign.
Mailout will be once weekly at 600+ pieces. Your piece of the puzzle involves receiving phone calls/pulling messages off voice mail, completing a brief property info sheet for each call and uploading it to a CRM-type program, maintaining the phonecall database and follow-up/ calling received leads on a regular basis. Pay is 25 cents a minute and will be paid out once you've billed $100.00. Any closed deals will be paid $300 to $600 a lead based on the nature of the deal. Must be willing to sign a non-complete/disclosure agreement. Looking for a minimum 6 month commitment; you will receive a raise at 6 months should you remain on.
This is an opportunity to earn while you learn. This mailout involves several BP members so as the campaign progresses, so will the level of mentoring across various areas. If this interests you and you live anywhere BUT Maryland/DC/NoVa, please PM me with your responses to the following 5 questions:
(1) You like handling phone calls because . . . .
(2) After you pick up the phone and extend your greeting, the lady calling immediately says, "I got your post card - how much are you willing to pay me for my house?" You respond "how much is it worth in today's market?" She says, "I dunno, you're the one mailing me - you tell me" You respond .......
(3) A man asks how quickly you can come over and see the property, he's not interested in answering the questions on your script sheet, just come over right now and buy it. You respond . . . .
(4) A lady tells you that if you send one more f'n piece of mail, she's f'n calling the f'n cops on your a**. You respond . . .
(5) You want to subject yourself to mostly unmotivated sellers, those who will get really angry about "how (you) got their information" and those who think their house is worth 10 times what the market would bear because . . . Thank you for your interest.
