I have an 8 unit at 97 Deep River Rd, Sanford NC. It sits on 6 acres. The apartment can carry the property but the highest and best will be retail such as gas station. You could leave the apartment in place and add a building to the rear such as mini storage. Asking 450,000 but will look at all offers.
