EQUILTY PARTNER NEEDED

I am looking for an equity partner to purchase an existing hotel in beautiful Branson, MO.  It is locally owned and operated but the current owner is in his 70's and is in failing health.  It is located on the main strip in town and had 170'ish rooms.  It is a brand name and is one of the top performers with the brand.  It is up to date on all of the brands requirements.
