South Chicagoland suburban apartments
BP community, I need 1br or studio apartments in the south suburban Chicagoland area. I need complexes of 10 units or more, up to 100 units. I want complexes that need minimum to no rehab, move in condition. I am paying cash and I need these apartments NOW. I would like buildings that are not on the MLS.
