Looking for Agents, Contractors, Wholesalers, Lenders in Seattle area interested in working with out of town investors.

Hi all,

I'm from Vancouver Canada and am looking to do some flips in the Seattle area with my partners. Currently there is the four of us with varying backgrounds in real estate investing.

What we're looking for is realtors, contractors, wholesalers, lenders etc... that can work with out of state investors.  It would be a good idea to set up working relationships with professionals in the area before we dive in.

We'd like to do at least a few flips every couple of months. Current criteria is 200-400k properties (ARV).

If you know of anyone, or can work with us, please let me know. 

We're planning on coming down to the North Seattle area on Monday, March 30.
