I'm looking for a private lender for flipping properties.

I usually wholesale, but I'm passing great deals to investors and I'm ready for that game.

I have personally rehabbed 4 properties some all the way down to the studs.

I'm interested in deals in MN.

If you can point me to a private lender That would be great - or show me how to raise capital!
