Portland and Vancouver fix and flippers... I have opened up my NMLS brokerage once again.. new company is Fix & Flip Funding LLC
My rates will from doing a recent rate survey of the top HML in the market place,
Will be the best priced loans in the market place ... by a large margin.
However for these great priced loans we will be looking for the best borrowers.
So if you have track record.. some cash for each deal E mail me for details on rates you will be very pleased you did.
