I'm currently working on a deal in westchester new york in the town of cortlandt.  i have found a gem and need some capital to put this all in motion here are some details this is a 5bed 3bath with to car garage attached 2,933 square feet the house needs some major repair I'm looking for about 375k with some wiggle room on that (i can pull more of my own money in if needed) i have done extensive comps and all houses in area are going for 550 and better please contact me for more details
