Hi, I purchased a townhome 2 months ago by cash. I did renovation and now i want to cash out. Due to 6 months seasoning, i've been adviced to get portfolio loans. Can anyone help me to find one for a property in Atlanta?

Thanks

@Mahsa Nicknam  Hi!  There are many criteria, but I hope I answer your question.  I'm assuming you don't have a W2.

The portfolio lenders are going to be local banks to your property - 1 - 2 branches.  Credit Unions are good as well.

If those don't work for you, you might consider Lima One and Angel Oak.  They have some long term loan products that can work.

Roger Herring is a poplar Atlanta accountant for real estate investors.
