Hi.

I'm planning to purchase a multi-family property (via 1031 exchange) in the next 2-3 months and I'm looking for recommendation on a good / experienced Multi-Family / Commercial Real Estate agent in the Houston, Dallas / Forth Worth area in Texas. I will be looking for something in the $750k - $950k range.

It would be great to get a few good recommendations!
