Seeking SFR deals in the Dallas/Ft Worth area as flips or buy & hold opportunities.

What I'm looking for...

  • C+ or above neighborhoods and schools
  • <60 average DOM for sold home comps
  • Minimum 3 bedroom, 2 bath
  • Minimum 1,200 sq ft
  • Any age
  • No maximum purchase price
  • No maximum ARV
  • No maximum rehab required
  • Will consider scrape off and rebuilds

We can close in under 2-weeks, as long as the title company can get a clear deed. Our only contingency is a short inspection period, which we will waive for the right deal.
