3/1 Jackson, MS 17k minimal repairs.
I currently have a 3/1 that is in good shape in a decent area, easy to rent. Repair wise it needs pressure washing, new carpet, and paint. The central heating and cooling is new, unfortunately the outside condensing unit was stolen. A used one would run around 300-500 dollars. If interested please don't hesitate to give me a call.
