Looking for a small Private Loan to refi out of a HML (Clayton County, Atlanta, GA area)

Hello BP Investors!

I am in the process of refinancing out of a hard money loan on a rental property my partner and I acquired in Riverdale, GA (our goal is to sell it on a two-year lease purchase program).  I am seeking a private loan for $10,000 for a 12 month period.  I would be willing to pay 8%, simple interest for the term.  Please let me know if you can help or have any referrals.  Thanks!!
