Need a Realtor in the 3rd hottest market for rehabs in the country South Florida???? and wholesale properties

I am a licensed realtor with the State of Florida who knows what rehabs you are looking for, I can quickly email you with the the information on the properties. These properties are not wholesale properties i am trying to unload but rather mls listed ones. Some by the way that only have been listed for less than 24 hours!!! Lets work together!
