Good evening!
We are looking for higher end hotels in California. Price point is not necessarily an issue so long as the property merits the asking price. While we prefer off market, we are open to MLS if there is negotiable pricing. We need to be as direct to seller as possible, as this buyer will not tolerate daisy chains, however, if you bring a lead and we close, we will offer a birddog fee at closing.
