Hard Money Hampton Roads

Hi, My business partner and I have two properties with good cash flow in the Hampton Roads area and want to expand.  Does anyone know any reputable hard money lenders in the Hampton Roads area?  Also, we would love to network with anyone currently investing or looking to invest in that area.  My partner Ryan manages the properties and we are also interested in potentially doing more management as well.
