Have bulk properties in Indiana and Wisconsin fully manage and making money

Hello every day investors, I just got in two great portfolios of properties occupied and fully manage by a off site property management company. The First is in Wisconsin 27 duplexes all are turn key properties so no rehabbing. Price is 1.4 Million plus 3% the cap rate is 27% what a great return we also provide the funding too. And second deal is in Indiana 28 SFR's properties price 1.25M cap rate is 16% and more to come. Please call me at 310-378-1596 for more info
