May 2015 Rent Report - How's the rental market in your city? Find out here!

During the month of May 2015, rents experienced an average increase of 2.06% for 1, 2 bedroom while 3, 4, 5 bedrooms remained flat. When compared with same month of last year, rents saw an average increase of 9.97% across the board.
