b. over 100+ units mainly in Dallas, Texas, California, New York, New Jersey, Maine, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maryland, Delaware

c. over 200+ units - anywhere in U.S.

3. Hotels - 100+ Keys in Florida, New York, California, Texas
