Nationwide JV Fix and flip funder?
I wholesale in Charlotte, North Carolina an want to bring some of my commercial/residential deals to a lender/buyer however I want to learn the end and outs of rehabbing so I would like to form a relationship with a nationwide lender but preferably a lender/buyer close to the Charlotte area that is open to hearing my ideas as a inexperienced flipper and us negotiating our profit split.
