Where are my Milwaukee turnkey investors?

So last week @Jay Hinrichs put an ad in the marketplace for turnkey providers in the Midwest and I responded. It got me thinking that I should do the same. Who is interested in learning more about turnkey rentals in Milwaukee? We rehabbed 180 homes in Milwaukee last year.

@Mark Shaffar

I have yet to meet a bank that lends to LLC for conventional loans. Almost all Fannie and Freddie mortgages I know of are done in personal name only. Some will transfer the title after closing to an LLC but technically they can call the loan under the due on sale clause in most cases. Obviously consult an attorney and CPA as none of this is advice.
