Need Interested New Developers Construction in Maryland

I have a SFR horse farm on contract in Baltimore County that has 29.5 acres of land. House needs no work. Already has a family living in the house who pay $1800 rent. Also has a horse business that pays $2800 rent as well.

Zoning allows subdividing of 5 houses on each acre. Asking $740K & I'll pay closing. Must be able to close quickly.
