16 Leads For Jacksonville

From my first marketing mailing I have 16 leads in Jacksonville.  I’m looking to share these with anyone who wants to help me evaluate the properties. You can do whatever you wish with the lead and the property.  I just want to learn and am willing to take a small bird dog fee on this so I get the education.  Must be local and willing to meet.  I am free this afternoon and early this evening.  (The only thing slower than snail mail is going back and forth with email.)   Anything a flipper, wholesaler or investor doesn’t want will get sent to an agent.  First come, first served.
