Land development in Odessa, TX-Own land (33 acres), need funding

I work as a real estate developer in Odessa, TX. Things are going well here and my venture is prospering. Basically, I take raw land, subdivide into 1 acre lots, add utilities and sell them at a good markup. I have a total of 120 acres to work over the next 2 years.

I started with 10 acres and sold all of them within 2 months. Next I will do 30 acres and I plan to start August 1st. I've already sold 20 of them.

I was exploring the option of getting investment money to help process the orders quicker. I have a proposal that details the opportunity and can share.
