How Do 0% Cash Lines of Credit Really Work?

Here's exactly how it works.

Step 1: Fill out a request on 

Step 2: Speak to one of our Flip Funding Specialists.

Step 3: Our funding specialist will have you check your credit or we can pull your credit.

Step 4: If your FICO is approx 700 or higher, your rep can move forward with setting up the cash lines of credit. If your credit is below 700, there are two options:

A) Work with a credit repair specialist. (We can refer you if you'd like)

B) Get a partner or spouse with good credit to co-sign with you.

Step 5: The funding specialist will generate a contract stating how much you qualify for and will review the details of the funding. Details include: funding amount, set up fee and 0% interest rate. (The set up fee ranges from $3,000 to $4,000. Our smart investors typically pay that fee from the funding they receive. Talk to your funding specialist for details.)

Step 6: The specialist will send you the agreement to be notarized.

Step 7: Once the agreement is received back, the funding specialist will finalize the lines of credit.
