Multifamily Financing Options
I am looking to purchase an apartment building in the greater Charlotte, NC area. Part of my financing options are equity loans on two properties I own free and clear, an SFR values at $99k and a triplex valued at $160k. These properties are located in the State of NC as well. I have talked with both large and small local banks and am getting nowhere. Does anyone have any good contacts, alternative ideas, advice, etc.?
