We have a contract for sale on 4325 Park Forest Dr. Memphis TN 38141

This is a 3/1.5 (in public records listed as 4 bedrooms) 1520 sqft. tri-level house with 1-car garage (see picture below).

Property currently occupied but tenants have been given a notice and property will be delivered vacant upon closing.
