Looking for Refinance my cash-purchased property in GA
I purchased a townhome in early Feb 2015 by cash (my friend's and myself money= $40K) and did rehab/renovation by cash (~$20K). Now the house looks nice and tenants are in place. At this time I want to cash out. The market value is about ~$80-90K.
Which lender can help me with that and what should I do.
