Looking for my first "no money" deal in Lancaster or York Counties, PA

I know this is probably a far fetch but I'd like to jump in feet first and hopefully do my first deal with "no money". 

I'd like to start off trying out the "subject to:" possibilities. If anybody knows of a motivated seller willing to hold the mortgage I'd like to talk to them.
