B2R and lendinghome rates/terms

I keep getting flyers from these two companies.  I'm just curious what rates and terms they offer.  I absolutely don't want to sign up with them just to find out the specifics, but I figure others have either used them or are familiar with their terms.  I extremely doubt they will be able to compete with the local bank I use to get portfolio loans, but ...
