We have several 2 and 3 unit multi family to choose from. Some are already renovated, and some are still in the process. We have over 500 units currently under management, running a 4% vacancy rate. Prices start at $170K, fully renovated. Each side rents for $1,100 or more. If you are looking for a buy and hold multi family with huge cash flow, send me a message. Thanks.
