Our lenders make an average of 10 to 14% per loan. Loans terms are usually from 3 to 6 months and vary on loan amount. Hard money loans are often used for rehab, construction. or short term financing. All hard money loans are on non-owner occupied, investment property, construction, commercial or development property.
