Partner Wanted for a FLIP: Offering 10% Return on 100-300k or a % of the deal
WHY WOULD I ASK FOR CASH?: I am an experience flipper with 4 deals wrapping up this month. All of my listings went on the market this month. I have cash but do not want to over extend my liquidability. With that said, I have another opportunity with room for another investor to partner.
THE ASSET: I have a $400,000+ after repair value single family residence under contract. I am seeking 100k minimum to 300k maximum to fund the deal. I am purchasing for less than 100k, renovating for 200k, and using Hard Money (90% purchase /70% repairs) to cover the gap where needed. My team is well organized and experienced. My high end contractor handles all the work. We stage our properties, and sell them quickly. I have a portfolio of my work listed on our website.
