The ultimate Flipping website

We are currently building the ultimate flipping website "Fliper.com". A site geared towards home flippers, (beginner or expert). No more pricey seminars, no more boring books. The same tools that the pro's use to determine their next flip and realize ROI, all at your fingertips.

I am fairly new to the BP community.  I started flipping homes back in 1999 in Southern California (San Fernando Valley).  I started out answering phone calls at a Mortgage Company at age 21.  I bought my first house for 130k and sold it for 700k. The rest is history.  I got hooked and flipped over 25 homes in 10 years.  Flipping homes is my passion and i am very much addicted.  From a small remodel to a new construction of over 6000 sq ft, I have done it.  

My new chapter in my life is Fliper.com.  I came to realize that there is more to life then flipping homes.  After getting married and having 3 beautiful kids.  My new goal in life now, is to educate people on how to flip a house.  Easier said then done, RIGHT!  We have been working on this new innovative software that would allow the users to:

• Find and locate deals in the market
• Run your own Comps to find values
• Figure out ARV
• Suggest a buy price
• Suggest a budget
• Suggest Construction Cost
• Suggest Room Addition square footage
• Enable you to calculate closing costs/holding costs and much much more...

There is no need for people to pay obscene amounts of money to these so called experts/guru's for special formulas or tactics. 

I guess the reason for my post is to ask for feedback.  I want to find out what is your pain point/points when you are flipping or trying to flip or thinking about flipping houses.  What kind of service or features would you like to see. Maybe just start off with only one thing.
