11.5 million  Seattle Washington... 5 cap.. 10 year lease in place with fortune 100 company. would be great 1031 candidate..

Its a spectacular property.

normally I would never advertise this type of thing.. However the owner is a personal friend of mine so I know we are not wasting any time with wanna be daisy chain brokers.

If this looks interesting I can send over full proforma... and make intro to the owners of the building..

Not sure how many larger investors troll the BP market place looking for deals but since I pay for the pro account I thought I would throw it out there.
