I am wholesaling a 3br./1.5ba. home in N. Bloomfield, Ohio (Trumbull County). Has 2.8 acres. It has a 2-car attached garage, and has over 1,100 sq. ft. It needs only cosmetic updates, nothing major going on. Someone is going to get a great investment! Appraised at 80k, I am only asking 35k cash. Cash buyers only, no wholesalers please.
