I'm currently seeking the assistance of a bird Dog to locate vacant properties for sale in Cobb County, East Atlanta and Gwinnett County.
Criteria would be, locating good properties for sale by owners, 3/2 in good locations, to take picture of both inside and out and be professional to owners.
For each good property presented that closes, you can earn from 500.00 to 1000.00 cash.
