Looking for SFR in Houston

Hi all, 

My fiancee and I are looking for a SFR to rehab and then live in (Primary) in Houston.

We'd LOVE to live near Oak Forrest/Shepherd Forrest (77018) 

Yes, I realize everyone is dying to get into that area, but it's worth a shot to post it here, right?
