Need townhouse, house - for rent, lease purchase, owner financing

Just got asked by my USPS mail woman if I could help her get into a home in either 77045 or 77047 Zip Code (Houston) by November this year. Sadly I have no such inventory. So I thought I would post this request to see what might be available.

Apparently she has had some issues with a serious illness last year and developed credit issues due to an eviction on her record. She has since recovered from her illness and is back working. She is not only open to renting immediately, but has between $15k to $25k that she could put down for a lease option or owner financing, or...?

Please let me know if any one either has, or is aware of any opportunities to help her out.
