In seek of lenders for Kansas City Mo Market
We are seeking a lender that will work with a new branch of our company. We need a lender that will lend 50% of purchase price on fully rehabbed properties. These loans will be to end investors. Please let me know if you will be able to provide a solid loan platform so that we may promote you as our preferred lender to our seminar buyers. There is a great potential here for the right lender as we already have the clients.
