Seeking Private/Hard Money Funds

Hi BP,

I am a recent college graduate from New Jersey who started an LLC and have little to no capital to begin fixing and flipping properties. I am seeking private or hard money funds or a partner with the funds available, so that I can launch my career in real estate investing here in NJ. After all of the reading and listening I have been doing, I am confident enough to begin and and start to take action!

If you're looking for Hard Money, check Alpha Funding. My partners and REI meetings I've gone to use them or Asset Based Lending in NJ.

Definitely go to NJRESN meetings or other NJ REI meetings. You'll find your private money and partners there. Get those business cards and start networking at all these events.
