Big Vegas Opportunity for Legit Investor

Hello. My partner and I, both veteran investors of many high-priced deals, are acquiring a large luxury deal in Las Vegas. Total acquisition and rehab about 3M. ARV appraisal of 4.5M, CMA shows likely higher, 5M+.

Open spot for 500-750k - open to various structures. Legit, liquid investors only - no daisy chains or wholesalers. We are open to wholesaling entire deal, though.
